  • Men’s Breakfast—Saturday 9th November, 9.30-11.00am—All men welcome—come and enjoy a time of fellowship and getting to know each other better, with lots of bacon! (Sign up sheet at reception desk)
  • Ladies Christmas Craft Day—Saturday 16th November, 1.00-4.00pm— What to bring : Wear something “Christmasy” | Free to bring your own craft Small sharing plate for tea | Craft Demo by Penny.
  • Ladies Prison Ministry—We are looking for 400 blocks of Cadbury Dairy Milk, 180g, Milk Chocolate (ONLY this type, no other is able to be given). These are for Christmas gift bags, and needed by the end of November. (If you prefer, a donation toward this may be made rather than purchasing chocolates). Any questions, please see Genia.
  • New Member’s Class—For those wanting to officially join IBC, Commencing Sunday 27th October during the 9am hour. If you would like to be a part of this six-week class, please see Pastor Ken.
  • English Language Classes—Wednesdays, 9.30-11.30am(weekly on Wednesdays during school terms). ESOL classes at three levels: Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced. We will use the British Council ESOL graded resources with IELTS levels 2-7. A one-off workshop on how to teach these classes will be held for those who may want to be involved in this ministry but don’t think they have the necessary skills. This ministry is not only for those with a teaching background. Anyone with a heart to help students, young or not so young are welcome. Please see Pastor Mike or Helen Lim if you have any questions.
  • Pray for Bob and Sela Buster, supported by IBC since 1996 to Tonga, pray for their church work on the main island and ‘Eua. Tonga BBC just celebrated its 30th anniversary and ‘Eua celebrated 19 years.
  • New missionary letters are posted when we receive them. New this week includes an update from the Manis in Fiji. Read and remember to pray for them all.
